I’m planning a trip to Europe next year and used this prompt to help with the first draft of an itinerary:

I am planning a trip to Czechia and Austria (Vienna). We will spend more time in Czechia. I will be going with my husband’s aunt (~70 y/o) who is in great health and a seasoned traveler to Europe. This will be her first trip to Czechia, but has been to Vienna in the past. This trip is my first to Europe. For this trip, we are interested in art, music, architecture, history. Not at all interested in beer tours. Maybe a winery or two, but not absolutely necessary. I also want to find a couple pieces of jewelry, specifically moldavite and garnet. Bohemia is famous for glass/crystal and I would also like to see that. We are planning to stay in an Air BandB type setting and are ok with day trips away from the bigger city to find unusual/less-touristy jewelry and sites. We plan to be there for roughly 14 days (not including travel from/to the US). We will fly in to Prague and out of Vienna (or vice versa) and plan to travel by train to get from one to the other. Please provide a suggested itinerary noting that we do not want to be jam packed and are more content absorbing the culture. I am Catholic so attending Mass is important to me. We are not interested in 1-2 night stays - we want to be able to ’settle’ in a location and explore from there.

It provided a suggested itinerary and we have fine-tuned from there.

Love this prompt! Your specifics help so much I bet. I find I often have to go back and forth a few times on itineraries to get them just right but still saves TONS of time and mental energy.
